Attached is the short play Pyramus and Thisbe, which is performed during Act 5 of A Midsummer Night's Dream. Come to class March 8th having Pryamus and Thisbe read AND have a hard copy of your answer to the question below:
Why does Shakespeare specifically choose Pyramus and Thisbe as the play to be performed for the wedding?
Your answer needs to be supported with evidence and specific examples from P+T and MSND.
As you think about your response, make sure you keep in mind who is performing this play and who the intended audience is!
