Optimist Oratorical Contest

The Breakfast Optimist Club of Kalamazoo (BOCK) will hold its annual oratorical contest on Saturday, February 15, 2020. The topic this year is "Just iMagine a World Without Boundaries!" Prizes will be awarded to first, second and third place finishers. The contest will be held at the Portage Police Department Headquarters 2nd floor, 7810 Shaver Road, Portage, MI 49024. The contest will begin at 9:30 AM. Attached you will find the application/entry form with all the rules. The deadline for the application is February 7, 2020.

Literary Terms for IB English HL1

These terms will be used throughout the course of the year as we analyze and deconstruct literature. You need to understand each of these terms,  recognize them in literature, and make an educated guess as to why an author made use of these elements.
